The Mendota Police and Fire Departments will be at Lincoln this morning for our annual 4th Grade Kickball Game! 🚒⚾️🚓 Drop-off may be easier along the front of the school, and please remember to avoid the bus lane on 8th Street. Thanks for helping us keep everyone safe and on time!

Blackstone, Lincoln, and Northbrook students cheered on the MHS Trojans on Friday for Homecoming! Students did a great job dressing up for PURPLE & GOLD Day! Congratulations to the MHS Trojans for their big win over Kewanee!

Reminder for all Mendota 289 Families: Our Pastry Puffin fundraiser pick up is this Thursday the 25th from 3:30-6 at Lincoln School. You can enter through door 7 (north) or door 2 (south).

Lunch Menu change for Thursday, Sept. 18 and Friday, Sept. 19: The main entree for Thursday will be Bosco Sticks and Friday will be French Toast.

A reminder for all Mendota 289 Families: Pastry Puffin order forms and money are due tomorrow, Friday, September 12th.

Lincoln Families - There is a light at the end of the tunnel for our road construction going on around Lincoln . We have appreciated your patience while the city has been repaving the roads. I just received a call that the repaving should be finished today, but there still may be some construction and closed roads at pick up today. We ask for just a little bit more patience and help with keeping our students safe at dismissal today. Some Mendota police officers may be present to help with traffic flow if needed. Thank you so much for all of your help in keeping our pick up and drop off procedures running smoothly even through construction.
