Friday, October 3rd will be Purple & Gold Day for Mendota High School Homecoming. Our students and staff are encouraged to dress up in their purple and gold. We will have our own pep assembly with some MHS Trojan athletes/cheerleaders at Blackstone in the morning. Go Trojans!

El viernes 3 de octubre será el Día de Morado y Dorado para el Homecoming de Mendota High School. Se anima a nuestros estudiantes y personal a vestirse con sus trajes morados y dorados. Reminder for all Mendota 289 Families: Our Pastry Puffin fundraiser pick up is this Thursday the 25th from 3:30-6 at Lincoln School. You can enter through door 7 (north) or door 2 (south).

Lunch Menu change for Thursday, Sept. 18 and Friday, Sept. 19: The main entree for Thursday will be Bosco Sticks and Friday will be French Toast.

A reminder for all Mendota 289 Families: Pastry Puffin order forms and money are due tomorrow, Friday, September 12th.

Our Pastry Puffin Fundraiser kicks off today. Order forms will come home today with students. Order forms and money are due by September 12th. Pick up will be September 25th at Lincoln School.

Funds raised will go towards our Paw Pride and Spartan Smart initiatives to promote positive student behaviors in all of our district buildings. Thank you for your continued support of our Mendota 289 students.

Breakfast and lunch information for the 2025-2026 school year!

Mendota District 289 will be hosting our final registration night tomorrow at Lincoln School from 4 PM to 7 PM. If you have already registered your student online or in person you do not need to plan to attend. This is for any new or returning families who still need to complete registration. Please enter in Door 4 located in back of the building (Northeast Corner).

Class lists will be posted July 25th. Any student not registered will not be placed in a class until registration is completed. Thank you.
